When I get my next Collings ordered, can I send along a moose bone to be used for parts? I wonder which bone would do? I live in Idaho, so there is a good selection of moose structural members to pick from. I would guess that a top legbone or pelvis hunk would be best.

HEY - I'm from NJ. What's wrong with dog? And I don't think squirrel is dense enough. Hell, it almost disappears if you cook the stew long enough!

I live in Brooklyn now, but a Jersey boy at heart...a lot of white tail deer...unfortunate circumstance actually, but that's a whole other story. Can you use fossilized Hoffa bones?  dave
