I bought a Wavelength to put in a Wenge/Spruce OM that is being built for me. But now I'm wondering if I'd be better served putting the Wavelength in my D1A to tame the boom.
I have another OM with a K&K PW mini, and that is a REALLY good match. Also have a K&K in the D1A and when properly EQ'd it sounds FANTASTIC, but it's a bit harder to tame, especialy when using multiple guitars at a show. Fantastic still sounds hard to beat re K&K. Wish I had an answer for you David.
