I just added a B-Band pickup on my Collings OM2HC a few weeks ago- a 1470 AST. It's great for recording, but I planned on using the guitar as a backup at my solo gigs, and the pickup just was too prone to feedback. So, I added an A2 preamp and a B-Band UST. I bought a stereo cord and then blend the two pickups through my Presonus AcoustiQ pre amp. I figured the comparison of the pickups would be interesting/helpful to a friend, so I recorded them. Since they're up on my site, I figured I'd let you all listen.

I apologize for the sloppy play- it's a riff I made up about 30 minutes ago and is NOT my style- I just thought it sounded cool Wink

First is the blended AST and UST
Second is the UST by itself
Third is the AST by itself

judge for yourself Smile
