Can somebody tell me where the serial number is on a Collings 290? Thanks,

Hi there, I had the same question, here is the answer from Alex Rueb at Collings:
Hi Gerd, Thanks for your email. I'm glad to hear you are enjoying your 290. You can find the serial number stamped into the wood inside the pickup control cavity on the back of the guitar.
