Very nice. Does that guitar have like a 27" scale? Does it feel like running in shoes two sizes too large or is the adjustment leas of an issue?

How about string tension? I believe Buddy Miller plays a Julius Borges acoustic baritone. Generally the longer the scale, the higher the string tension at pitch.

Great job!

This guitar has a 28" scale and it does take some getting used to but it sure feels good in your hands and almost makes you want to pick it up. The string tension feels great, to use the popular word - it does feel like butter.

Most importantly - thanks for mentioning Buddy Miller. How I've played for over 30 years and never found this giant is embarrassing! I went to a S. Colvin concert in Nashville last year and sat their with my mouth open while this man played the most tasteful licks possible all night long - that man I would later find out was Mr. Miller. What a dude!!!

Do you have a baritone?

Thanks for your kind words, dale.

Buddy Miller is amazing. Very low profile to the mainstream, but he's backed everyone from Emmy Lou to Allison Krause. His writing, if it can be believed, is even better than his playing. He's kind of a throwback these days. His collaborations with his wife Julie are superb. The harmonies are chilling. Check out Cruel Moon---I believe a baritone is used on that song.

No Baritone for me , but it is intriguing.

yea I checked his pedigree after the show, I also purchased some of his music from his site, I'm offically a fan. This kind of player too often doesn't get the attention merited, but his lifelong pursuit of tasteful guitar is very obvious to those who discover him! I will check out Cruel Moon, thanks again, dale.
