That's our Bob alright! I'd recognize that hybrid right hand anywhere. Agreed - great tone in both guitar and singing. I'm still trying to pull off the combination.
Great work Keith.

Doods! I was just getting ready to post this here, and what do you know, it's here already! Yes, that would be me, sour notes and all.
In this particular case I recorded the audio as I usually do, into Digital Performer on my Mac, each mic to a separate track. The mics are AKG C414. I have a pop filter on the vocal mic as I'm getting close to it to help with separation from the guitar mic. While recording the audio on the mac I had a cheap webcam on my windows laptop recording the video. I exported the video as a WMV file and sent it to the mac. I used Final Cut Pro to link the audio with the video. No time code, but I recorded a few handclaps before I started to play as a reference to line up the audio with the video. If I was doing something more serious I would record the video with my digital video camcorder and transfer the video via firewire to the mac. The webcam is just a bit easier.

Wow, must be quite the life if International exposure to billions on YouTube doesn't qualify as a "special occasion! Gotta admit though, it's better than most of the guitar dweebs whose YouTube videos are set in their bedroom with a bathrobe as their "attire of choice". Nice version of a great song.
I only expect exposure to a handfull of people on YouTube. Certainly not billions. But point taken. I will have to pull out my "Sunday go to meeting" Hawaiian shirts for my next videos.

Nice song, RB. Tell you what, if you sing and play like that, you can wear any shirt you want. I'd even say no shirt is fine but this is a family oriented Forum so I won't.
