I'm having a great time getting to play music with my son. A great common interest to have especially through these years of immense change.

The I-35 is the most refined guitar I've ever owned. Someone on another forum ask me to comment on how it played rock and blues, well to my ear just fine. Here it is turned up a bit. Thanks for watching.

GREAT playing from both of you, and that I-35 sounds wonderful! I've always admired the voicings Paul Kossoff used for this tune (and others from the same album), but never bothered to find them on my own. You sound as if you've got them just right; would you mind sharing them? Privately (bishop@pharmacy.arizona.edu) or here on the forum.

First grip I use a power A (bar DGB string with 1st finger - over open A string)no B or high E string. Next grip is Open A string - 2nd finger on D string 4th fret - open G string - 1st finger B string 3rd fret. Next grip is open A - D string 3rd finger 4th fret - G string 1st finger 2nd fret -2nd finger B string 3rd fret.

Hope this help, thanks for watching, dale.
