Here is a version of mine of the old Celtic tune. Add another recording to my Collings OM1-A collection. With the right reverb it's rich and mellow and yet articulate.

Rick,

Nice version of a beautiful O'Carolan tune! Is that your arrangement? Bountiful triplets. (At least I think that's what I'm hearing.)

Thanks Eric. It is one of my arrangements. A number of trills rather than triplets.

Rick,

Was thrilled to hear you do a version of this song. It's one of the songs I'm working on right now. Really enjoyed your guitar playing. Boy that guitar has a bite to it eh!

All the best,

Stuart

Don't know why I can't open it..
I've listened to so many versions of this tune so far, including pierre bensusan, ulli, franco moorne,etc..
But the one i like best is Michael Wong's!!!
I remembered seeing his video of this tune a long time ago back at when i just don't know what fingerstyle really is.But it's a pity that I can't find the video anymore.
Since Michael is on this forum, don't know whether he'll see my post and publish a link to his video version of this tune.(if i remembered correctly,he's using an orange colored thumbpick with that tune).
Ok,sorry for my english,coz i'm from China.
Keep on picking lol

Robert
