Any forum members familiar with this used shop in Florida?

I have heard some not so great comments about them. he mailed me once about a Martin I had for sale, wanted the pics and all then never returned one mail to me. Someone on the AGF once had a bad deal with a Goodall he got from them. But that's all I know.

Seems like somebody else around here had a bad experience with a "modified" C-10 ... but I can't remember what it was. I could be completely wrong.
