As my Guitar Aquisition Syndrome continues I wonder how most of you long term collectors protect your investment.I've looked at gun safes and inquired about homeowners insurance riders does anyone have suggestions?

Brent,

I keep all of my instruments in one room which is humidity and temperature controlled. I also have an extensive rider on my homeowner's policy with State Farm which I modify each time I acquire or release something in my collection. Insurance is a must. Some prefer a seperate policy but I have had great success with my State Farm rider,

The room is at 45% humidity.

I live way out in the woods on a private, one way gravel road.

Glock 40S&W model 23.

No worries!
