Fender Amps for sale

1966 Fender Princeton Amp:

Recent pro-recap (less than 1 year). This amp has great tone, but is a little on the quiet side for Princetons. It's a great practice/sitting at home/recording amp, though. Condition is excellent, as you can see from the photos. It has a 3-prong plug added and everything else seems to be original. There is 1 screw missing on the back cover, lower right hand side. Price is $600 plus shipping ($25 UPS Ground, $40 3-day), firm.

1975-ish Fender MusicMaster Bass amp

Also in excellent condition. Original speaker replaced with Eminence. Never been re-capped and I suspect the tubes could use replacing as there is sometimes a slight buzz, that I don't hear but others do sometimes. This amp is LOUD. Works great with a Telecaster and pretty good with an electric bass. Price is $150, plus shipping (see above).

Will consider trades for acoustic guitars, esp. Martin D-18's of any vintage.

Since I heard Bill Kirchen the other night, I've been muttering that I need a Telecaster. Maybe I should buy one of the amps in preparation for that.

But where Would I live when I got kicked out of the house...?

You'll be fine- it's the guitars that get kicked out and then you'll be posting "For Sale" ads, just like I'm doing. Eek

I haven't touched my Telecaster in 3 months ever since my wife told me just how much she really dislikes it. Family life is more important and I virutally never gigged on electric, and when I did, I didn't like the places where I was playing. So, I sold my other 2 Teles (which I'd spent the past year looking for) and tossed the B-Bender in the closet. I'm selling these two amps, but am keeping the mint '56 tweed Champ for now. Since I sold the electrics, I've been playing mandolin a bunch more, and after I sell these amps, I'm going to move the money into a D-18 of some flavor or another. I don't have a D-18 and I'd like to.
