I have a near new CJ-1 (mahogany/Sitka) for sale. I bought this guitar new in June 2005, played it for a few months, moved on to something else and put it on consignment at my local music store. It's been hanging in the shop all this time, mostly unplayed.
It has a 1 11/16th nut, natural finish and in great shape.
This is a big guitar with a huge voice. Great for jams, plays very well with others, a flatpicking monster!
That's a Great price, my man. Someone oughta jump on that in short order. I'm CJ'ed up, I'm afraid, but let me endorse the model. It's far more versitile, in my utterly biased opinion, than square shouldered dreadnoughts, with more midrange and better balance. Not a better guitar, per se, but for fingerstyle, chord melody, or super rhythm, the CJ rocks. I am considering a dreadnought again for reasons entirely unrelated to this. Sorry for the ramble. Cj's are great. That's all, folks.
HI freeblues. I am in the market right now for another guitar. Was looking for rosewood but that CJ has got me interested. Where are you located ? Thanks
