Excellent/Mint condition, no modifications, original Collings case, stored in a humidified/dehumidified guitar room near 47% RH, smoke free environment, always strung with light gauge strings, 1 3/4" nut, no wings on the headstock, label signed by Bill Collings and dated 9.01, reads "OM2HBaA." Serial Number 7031. Originally shipped and purchased from Mandolin Bros in Staten Island, NY in 2001. The guitar has been babied for the duration of its lifetime. The tone and playability are everything you know and love about Collings. In the Collings nomenclature, shouldn't there be a "B" in that code on the label, for a Brazilian rosewood body? For example, "Ba" designates A-grade Brazilian.
