I think I've narrowed down my search for my ideal acoustic, and figured this was the best place to post it even though it's incredibly specific...
I'm looking for a Collings D2HA in the sunburst finish with the 1 3/4" nut option. I'd love to find one I can check out in person in the NJ/NYC/PA area. If you have one or know of a used one for sale, please let me know. Thanks! |

Jim, I think you should try to find one with the vintage neck too. I wish I had gotten the vintage neck on my D2HA.

Hey Jim ... that great news that you have found the Collings you were looking for. Claud's guitar was on my want list cause it looks like a good one ( like there's a bad Collings! ) but I ended up buying a Randy Lucas Kenny Smith D instead. I am debating selling my OM3H to finance my habit ... its hard to part with a good guitar.

Hi Allen ... I will definately give the folks on the Forum the first opportunity ... likely will wait a few weeks until the weather warms up a bit rather than risk winter shipping. Besides a good excuse to play it some more!
