My luthier told me to NEVER get rid of my wonderful Martin D-18 as he says it's one of the best he's ever heard. Perfect setup also. It's a '68 with the small maple bridgplate and it's in damn good shape for a 40 year old played guitar. Not a museum piece, but no cracks and all original. I've just always wanted a Collings and my GAS is getting to me. I'd really like a Sunburst, but, it's not a must. Photos on request. Neil

I have a 2006 D2H serial number 11951 that I bought new with HSC. Exellent guitar. I had two early 60's D18's but sold them during lean times many years ago. I may be interested in a trade since I own a Collings CJSB also. Both are great instruments but if I had to keep one it would be the CJSB because I would have a hard time coming up with the $$ to buy another one. My D2H is in like new condition just like it came from the factory. Let me know if you would like to talk further
Doctor Pepper, I would be interested. I am in talks with a guy who has a D2H SB (sunburst) but he is slammed at work and asks for more time. I am going to let him know of your (and other's ) interest and see if he is serious or not. In the mean time, if you'll email me at neilspeer@comcast.net, we could exchange some photos of our guitars. thanks, Neil
