The Quincy's Guitars acoustic jam group that meets once a month (http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/quincys_jam/) is planning a group tour of the new Collings factory on April 7 at 3:30 in the afternoon. We are planning to meet for lunch at the Salt Lick bbq restaurant in Driftwood around noon (www.saltlickbbq.com/) followed by some picking and singing under the trees if the weather is nice. Feel free to join us either at the Salt Lick or at the factory at 3:30 for the tour. Let me know if you have any questions.

I LOVE the Salt Lick BBQ place. That's where Steve M. took us to lunch during the Forum Gathering. They have the best food ever! Razz If I lived close enough, I'd go just for the food and the picking. Ok, also for the tour, especially now that they're in the new facility. Lucky you.

Allen, Is this a tour of the new facility?

Cheers, Will

I've managed to keep the day free so far - it's looking like a three-day weekend!

Excellent, David! Are you going to join us at the Salt Lick? Be sure to bring that C10 along.

I've decided to take the whole day off, and the boss approved. Only one small thing can keep me, but that's not likley to happen Friday morning. So yes, I'll likely be at the Salt Lick. I'm working on contributing to the delinqueny of emandnates dad as well, so we both hope to meet you.

See you there! Ed, I'll put fresh batteries in the camera!

I'm in! I missed the gathering, so this will be a nice little substitute. See you all at The Salt Lick at Noon.

Allan, I'll go forward with the assumption that if I bring a few beers, you'll help enjoy them. You brought the beer to the gathering - I owe you a few.

See you there.

You might have to twist my arm, David. Wink

Btw, I'm really into Sam Adams or Bass Pale Ale these days, but I'll drink Shiner Bock in a pinch. Cool
