Hey Allen,, Joan nd I have a room at the Sheraton. Right in the thick of it. Collings is a stage sponsor so I know there will be bunches in the booths, and well represtnted in the jams. Our pal Dale made me take that old sunburst CW off his hands. Find it and the funny looking tal guy singing a little to lound and a few cents flat behind it will be me. If anybody is comming it would be just great to get together. See you down the road , Fred

Gosh, that sounds like a whole lot of fun. Gotta make it there someday, even to just hangout with you guys. With Fred on one side and Dale on the other, there will be a ton of playing right there. Big Grin

Have fun.

Ace

If you have the opportunity, Do not under any cicumstances miss this opportunity to hear the Steeldrivers. They are incomparable. Come Wednesday night, I'll be standing on the street in front of the Station Inn when the doors open for their show.I've been fortunate to have heard great acoustic music in Nashville in everything from barns to symphony hall and this band is special. Wish I could make it to Wintergrass. Duck

Hey Fred, I will be there and maybe we can trade some songs as usual. I'm also looking forward to seeing the Steeldrivers, in fact they are the main reason I'm going this year.

I wish I was joining y'all this year, but my band is playing a wedding on Saturday of Wintergrass. I also missed NAMM this year...busy times, more guitars and mandolins than money but still making music, surfing, smiling and after 5 years as principal of my current school, I've been asked to be the principal of the hormone infested middle school that could use some improvement...I always love a challenge!

Especially great to hear from Fred and Ace...it has been a while...Cheers to everyone!

I guess I should pay more attention, the start date just slipped right on by. Oh well, there's a good chance Fred will be there anyway and we can play.
