Hi Guys,
Just wanted to tell all of you that it was a pleasure to meet you and that we had a wonderful time showing you around and dinner at Artz's was one of the nicest times we've had. It felt like we walked out with some super cool new freinds.

Thanks again to all of you.

Thanks to you for the hospitality! I had a great time at dinner and on the PPI tour. I sure learned a lot about pearl inlay. You guys do great work! As I look around the room I see several guitars that most likely have your work on them. Fabulous!

Thanks again!

Rockerbob's right....Thank you for your hospitality.

It was wonderful looking around your shop meeting everyone and seeing how inlay was done and all the intricate process it entails. When I walked out I was just amazed.

Now I can't look at the inlay on a Taylor and not think to myself "now I know how they do it"....very cool Cool Cool Cool

I came away with knowledge of Abalone, Abalam (sp) and pictures of over friendly Cow Eek Roll Eyes Razz

Thanks again, it was great

Great time indeed. I love bluegrass and The Grazmatics certainly scratched my itch. Excellent! Loved them ribs too! I felt really priveleged to tour your shop. It is such a part of Austin and its history. I had visions of the Armadillo World Headquarters, those days and such. Nice little piece of Austin you got there. I new of your work before and it was nice to put a face with the talent. I have done some inlay work so I had a great appreciation of your work, talent and energic creativity and the dollar investment. Thanks again for your super hospitality neighbor.

I just walked in from a Dan Crary Taylor workshop. Great player, and I sat thinking that if there's one thing about guitars I know better than the rest that particular audience, it was where the inlays came from.

I'm having a stellar Spring Break.

Dan said tonight about how in the politcal, crazy world we live in, how music and the friendships that arise from it are gifts from God, and how we all need those gifts. In the context of the week I've had, his comment was particularly poignant.
