Hey guys I have noticed my MT2's neck has started to bow. Have any of you experience of adjusting the truss rod? If so what size key did you use?
I am happy adjusting my guitars so I'm not to phased by it, I'm interested to hear your experience's of moving necks.

Regards from Scotland, Alister

On my mandos I aim for .005" -.006" of neck relief. Hold the strings to the first fret (you can use a capo) and the body fret, then use a feeler gauge to measure fret clearance in the middle. Under the MT2 truss rod cover is a hex head nut - maybe 5/16" or 3/8". I use a long deep socket with a 1/4" drive to adjust it. I usually adjust 1/4 turn and re-check relief the next day.
