Humbly, I would venture that the new pickguard may be a little large.

It is a bit large. I'm working on the final shape. The uke shape makes it trickier than just scaling down the OM guard.

Copy the shape you have onto paper, then just keep reducing the paper patterns on printer until you feel it is too small. All you need is a copy of the outline. The current one has the LOOK, but as small as you can stand is probably more Fun.

Thanks for putting up with this rather long thread. Here is a picture of where I ended up. I haven't glued it down and probably won't. Still, a fun little project.

Aha, to stick or not to stick. You've got that shape just perfect. Great job.

DYN-O-MITE !
Stick that sucker, and never look back.
Freakin Killer !
Must admit... my Wife was first one to ask "well, where's its pickgaurd"
Ukes have a sense of Humor about them- stick asap.
I bet we'll see more of these, a little dog named Quincy said something about a Tenor with a haircut headstock...

Not being a uke guy, I'm late to the party. Hope you decided to go with the pick guard. I think it looks killer.

I think the pickguard looks great on there... I agree with Ukes having a sense of humor all their own, but I'm not sure about the quarter... I'd probably not stick that on there... Razz
