I've had my MT for 3, 4 months now, and am enjoying it hugely. But I've noticed that the frets have worn very quickly, especially those under the first two (E and A) courses in the first positions. I wonder, does anyone have any thoughts about what's going on here> I've played the thing quite a bit, but not THAT much. I do whack on it pretty hard, though....
Peace - Jon

As a point of reference I play my 2 ½ plus old MF almost every day. I just had the frets lightly dressed. I prefer a pretty low action. I don’t know if that’s a factor.
