This is my first post....I'm looking to purchase an MF. I found one for $2995. It is being sold as used in mint condition with no warranty. Is this a good price? Iwasn't sure without the warranty...
Thank you for any help you can provide,
Keith

yes. a very good price. i've never seen one below $3200, though i haven't looked at MFs in a while. play it first, if you can. play others before you play this one, if you can. Wink

Sounds like a darn good price to me.
I know I have more than that in my MF gloss top.

Let us know how it turns out.

I found mine used for around the same price and had it reserved before it came into the shop. I stopped by to play it, gave it one good G chop and half a fiddle tune. 5 minutes later I walked out with a new MF and have never looked back. That mandolin is a SERIOUS instrument and it didn't take long to be sold.
