I have never been one to follow the herd so to speak; I started mando with a M Kelly that was an F but Iam not counting that one . Collings MT wide neck and gloss top was my first real mando. Then Alex helped build up a Blonde Bombshell Varnish MT2, then the oval came out--I got the A model and was fine withit. Today,Thurdays actually, got the MF5 with sunburst and wide neck. I did not think theMF5 would be that much different but IT IS IN A GOOD WAY. Now GAS for the oval with a scroll!! TheMF with the oval has to be the prettiest pup in the litter.phil

COOL Phil. Did you pick that up from Herb ?
And of course we want pics. I don't have any "5" Mandos, but both of mine are F style. My old MF gloss top from Herb and the newer MF Oval hole. I'm a sucker for a pretty F style Mando, I admit it. Rick A few too many ! |
