Based on one of the recent threads at Guitar Talk, I found this simple tab for Amazing Grace in DADGAD. It's easy to play and I think it's a pretty arrangement. My MP3 is not exactly like the tab, but close.

Yeah, I like it for the same reasons. It sounds great, but it's still easy to play.

Rockerbob: Sounds good, I passed it on to some of my friends who do the DADGAD tuning. BTW-how do you amplify your OM-3C. Do you use a mike(s), or is their a pup installed in it. I am loving my OM3C more & more everyday ever since I found my strings of choice(Ernie Ball Acoustic light slinky's in the Phosphor Bronze flavor). I am thinking about putting a pup in mine. I was tossing around maybe, a K & K Pure Wesetern. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. I suspect that the bright & and lively tone you get is from your hybrid picking style? Rich

Thanks!

I don't have a pickup. I record with a mic, in this case a single AKG C414 in Omni mode. Just under 24" in front of the guitar.

RnB - I put a Highlander in my OM3HG and couldn't be happier with the sound.
Rockerbob - As a slide player, I've been wanting to explore DADGAD without the slide. THANKS!! Do you know where I can find a DADGAD chord chart?
