There are so many great fingerpicking artists, but I don't know of any flatpickers I might look up on youtube or elsewhere.
Any suggestions who I might look up to study their technique and hear their music?
Best to you.

You could start here. Others worth watching are Bryan Sutton, Tim Stafford, Kenny Smith (plays a D1A), and Jim Hurst. There is some good listening ahead of you!

Good ones, this boy has much to learn.
I know Brad Davis can do kind of a bluesy country sound, are there other artists out there besides, bluegrass, jazz and blues?
