I would contact Phil Elliot for that tubing.

Scott S. Careful about the tubing you choose. There's vinyl (PVC), latex, EVA modified olefins, etc. Vinyl has plasticizers which are serious enemies to most finishes. There have been mentions elsewhere in the archives of this Forum about straps that ruined mandolin finishes when left against the finish for a while. Chemically, the plasticizers are one molecule away from kerosene and they will leach out of vinyl tubing. Either get it from Eliot or forget it.

btw, I just got the Elliott-McKinney capo for my D1SB. Holy cow what a capo! Beautifully constructed. I had the impression from some that the latch mechanism might be flimsy and hard to open, but alas it is very sturdy and very easy to use. I would highly recommend it.
