This book just hit the market on Thursday last week direct form Roland White and Diane Bouska. I received my copy on Saturday and it is well worth the investment. This includes a peek into the youth and upbringing of the White family. Great story and a serious breakdown of CW playing 14 songs and tunes including tabs and 2 cd's to support the learning journey.

Well done!!!

I agree. this is a great addition to the flatpickers library. if you can (or have) mastered these tunes as played you will be a smokin' gun on the circuit

Ordering my copy this week. David Grier had a copy of this on a table at his house when I was there for a lesson and called it a "must have".

Of course, we all knew that already..Smile

Would anyone here that owns these cds be kind enough to tell me how to watch the videos on a windows based computer?

The book says to "browse to the disc using Windows Explorer". What does that mean? I'm totally lost, and would like to see the videos!

Wonder why they didnt just include a third dvd and make it easy for operator error folks like me?

Fan,

I don't have the disks, but you would typically do it like this... Put the disk in the drive. Double-click the "My Computer" icon on the desktop (the screen). When "My Computer" window opens, one of the available devices should look something like this: DVD-RAM Drive (ESmile. Double-click on this device and a window should open which lists the contents of the disk. Then you should be able to play any video files by double-clicking the file names. Hope that works for you.
