Has anyone played the Bourgeois Slope D SB at Quincy's? http://www.quincysguitars.com/instruments_bourgeois_SlopeDSB.php

Thoughts?

There were 3 guitars that I was interested in when I went there 2 weeks ago.

A Collings CW mah, the DS1 and Slope-D Bourg. I had a Vintage D Bourgeois and I think Dana makes excellent guitars. This might be one of the best that I have heard in the slope sholder dreads. 1 23/32nd's is a minimum for me.

It was my favorite non-collings guitar in the store.

But, a D1A showed up and that's about all I got to say about that. The CW was a killer. Bodies were strewn all over the place.

I played it as well. The Collings CJ with a dread headstock was more appealing to me. I have yet to play a Bourgeois that seduced me, in a manner of speaking.
