Forward shifted 14 fret dread pattern, specifically.

D - Dreadnought

OM - Orchestra Model - an archaic designator, meaning a 14 frets clear of the body instrument, used in the Thirties to describe any 14 fret instrument, despite size or shape. In the same era catalogs, 12 fret models are grouped under the "Standard" header. In this case it has nothing to do with a current "OM-xx" model.

LE - Limited Edition - where Martin first re-introduced the X brace crossing approximately 1" below the soundhole. I wasn't there when it happened in the '80s, but I believe it just sorta "stuck".
