Seems to me that we have similiar thoughts regarding guitars. Both of us are Collings and Merrill players. I have no experience with the Merrill dreadnaughts but I do love his OM stuff as well. I would love to play a Merrill OM-28. I have had bad experiences with vintage acoustic guitars and I learned a lot about them the hard way. As much as I would love to own a real nice vintage J-45 or J-50, I am content with what are probably the best throwbacks to those models being made today. Good luck with the snow today! Mike |

I would guess this is the same guitar judging by the description. I heard it's sold though, to somebody in Florida.

It's a great guitar.
But then this CJ ss mahogony/adi s/b came into my life and it is astounding! The Merrill won't get played so someone else can have the priveledge. It's at Cotten's.
