Anybody ever deal with Dream Guitars? Satisfactory experience? Any problem with return if you don't like the guitar?

I visited their shop in April... very professional people with a heart for the finest acoustic guitars on the planet. I would say a great place to buy a guitar, you can find almost anything there.

I have bought two guitars from them and have one of my guitars on consignment with them. I have had no problems with Dream Guitars whatsoever.

Alex - I purchased a Collings OM from them a while ago, and Paul was great. I have no concerns about working with them whatsoever, and think they are a great place to buy and sell.

I purchased a guitar from them last year. Between the two climates the guitar developed a set up problem. They made an allowance for it. I think they're a class operation and would buy from them again.

I've bought two and was entirely satisfied with all of my dealings. They know their stuff, their prices are very fair, their website among the best, and I couldn't think of a negative word to say about them. One of my favorite shops.

I tried a Franklin dread, wasn't crazy about it and returned it without the slightest hassell. Good folks to deal with. Highly recommended.

I put my Olson up for consignment with them this summer. Sold in one week. I'll probably buy my next guitar there. Good folks and great shop.

I think Dream Guitars has awful customer service as far as replying to questions about guitars they have in stock. Also, one person who bought a guitar from them told me the instrument's description was inaccurate, and that when he received it the guitar had a lot more scratches and other blemishes in it than Dream Guitars had included in its online writeup.

I did order a guitar from Dream Guitars. Paul H. played it and described it while I was on the phone. Answered my questions thoroughly and patiently.

Upon receiving the guitar (which was packed very carefully), I found that Paul's descriptions were accurate.

Turned out the instrument wasn't for me, and return was very simple.

I'd certainly deal with Dream Guitars again, and recommend them. Thanks again to all who offered their views in answer to my inquiry.
