Hey mikey, at the risk of being too anal, how would you compare the strumming with a pick on your merrill to strumming a deep c10 (assuming you've played a deep c10)? Thanks.

It's funny how things can work out. I have had my C10 Deluxe for about three years now. I got a OM1-A a little over a year after buying the C10 Deluxe and for a few months it was all about the OM1-A and the C10 Deluxe sat in the case. Then I drifted back to the C10 Deluxe and ended up selling the OM1-A. Of course I have the OM1-A covered and then some by other guitars I have but the C10 Deluxe has such an interesting sound that I have not come across another guitar to substitute for it.

I never played a deep bodied C-10. I moved the C-10 not because it wasn't a good guitar, it was just that the Merrill exposed the C-10 as a very new and tight sounding guitar.
